On the first floor is the other apartment, which you can rent under the reference IKC167 or where the owner himself, usually in August, spends his summer vacation. From the common outdoor area on the first floor a staircase leads you directly to the sea, so that sports lovers among you can swim a round in the sea in the morning before breakfast. From the mentioned outdoor area with communal pool and from your large private terrace on the 1st floor you can enjoy an indescribably beautiful view of the sea and over the coast, where you can relax in the evening, after a beautiful day at the sea, with a good glass of wine and in front of a spectacular sunset once really dangle the soul. Here also for your children no wishes remain open, who will have fun not only on the beach but also in the communal pool, and everything is ready for a successful vacation in southern Cilento, in one of the most beautiful areas of southern Italy. For your day trips we recommend the wonderful coastal town of Palinuro, which you can reach in about 30 minutes by car and which is located on a promontory, the ?Capo Palinuro?, famous for its scenic beauty and its caves, both underground and above ground. Don't miss a trip to Cala Jannita in Maratea, also called "spiaggia nera" (black beach). (the black beach?), whose peculiarity is the dark color of the sand. To Maratea you need about 45 minutes by car, here you can also find the interesting cave called Sciabella. For art lovers among you, in the very north of beautiful Cilento there is the famous temple site called Paestum, which among other things boasts three of the most important Greek temple ruins. To the center of the village of Scario with shopping, good restaurants and a coffee bar where you can drink your authentic Italian espresso, it is only about 200 meters. Crib on request.
