Charming Countryside Cottage with Terrace, Pet-Friendly, Near Val Joly
75 m² cottage located in the countryside where pets are welcome.
On the ground floor: Equipped and open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 gas and 1 electric cooktop). Living room with pellet stove, a sofa with two seats and two armchairs, 80cm TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
Separate toilet (macerator). Bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, bathroom with bathtub (shower screen), sink, and washing machine.
Upstairs: Mezzanine with reading corner, two small attic bedrooms each with a 90x190cm bed. Baby bed and high chair available.
Adjoining terrace, not overlooked, 50 m², adjoining the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the cottage.
All-inclusive cottage: energy charges, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Two bags of pellets are provided per week for the stove.
