The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and radio. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 4 sunloungers and porch swing. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at folding bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Medulin. The holiday house is located on a 1400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
