Imagine your own private space! New laneway home close to West Edmonton Mall with easy access to Henday, Whitemud and Yellowhead. The suite has all amenities provided. There is a balcony to enjoy as well and a private single garage (house garage has wall separating) which leads into the suite and air conditioning is a nice plus! A few blocks out of the area you will find a strip mall with all amenities. If this suite is booked please check with me as I may have others available for your stay.

Great location and loved that the suite was separate from the house and very private and quiet. The balcony is a great addition, providing your own outdoor space. Communication with the host was excellent and our one request was quickly fulfilled. Highly recommend.
Very good location with all amenities, stayed 9 nights.
Check in was very easy, the host was excelllent with having all information to the suite.
Our only issue was the bed and mattress, it wasn’t very comfortable, other than that the stay was very good.
The place was nice and new. Very clean, quiet and easy check-in process. The only thing that we did not anticipate was the second bed was a twin platform bed. Which was fine for our group but may not be for others. Overall very nice and I would definitely stay here again.
Rented this space for two people traveling on business. The property was very clean and in a nice neighbourhood. Having your own garage is a bonus. Property manger was very responsive.
Note: there is stairs up to the suite.
Both beds are extremely uncomfortable . I’m 6’1 and my feet hung over the bed. They are Single mattresses with memory foam toppers. Linens are poor quality. Ended up sleeping on pull out sofa, best bed in the place. I would highly recommend this place if it had comfortable beds.
Beautiful place in a quiet neighbourhood, will stay here again for sure!
