The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1998, was renovated in 2020, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

The owner has their own dog. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
