Charming apartment in a two-family house with equipped terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the promontory of Portofino. The accommodation is located in an elevated area in a pedestrian zone, has a separate entrance and a large private outdoor area where you can relax in the shade of plants. A bathroom is equipped with massage tub. A few steps from the accommodation begins a creuza (street with steps) that leads to the sea. The area is ideal not only for visiting the Ligurian coast, the beaches of Bogliasco (10km), of Camogli (8km), Zoagli and Rapallo (16km), Recco with its cuisine (4.8 km), the renowned Santa Margherita and Portofino (20 km), but also to explore the Cinque Terre Park, which can be reached by ferry from Genoa or Camogli, or to discover Genoa with its ancient palazzi. Water sports fans can rent boats, surf or dive on the Riviera. About 500 meters away are a soccer field and tennis courts. Attention: the accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone that leads from Pieve Ligure to Sori. From the parking lot you can reach the accommodation only by a 500m long, sometimes quite steep footpath.

Etwas zu städtisch mit Fluglärm und Autolärm

Das Haus ist an sich schön, auch die Lage, aber schlecht unterhalten. Alte Matratzen, Geschirrspüler läuft aber Halterung defekt, Türe demoliert, Fenstergriff fällt demnächst ab, Duschwand defekt, etc

Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert; Das Objekt kann mit dem PKW nicht ereicht werden!!!!! Die Fussgängerzone ist nur mir eine Treppe am Hang mit über 200 Stuffen erreichbar: Horror pur!!!!
