The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, the apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a delightful double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom is well-appointed, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

In the heart of Ménilmontant, between Belleville and Père Lachaise, lies a charming and peaceful corner of the 20th arrondissement. It's one of the most attractive and tranquil areas in all of Paris. I chose to live here for a reason! Leave your heels behind and put on your sneakers because the possibilities for walks are endless. From the diverse gastronomic experiences in Belleville's Chinese and West Indian restaurants to the romantic exploration of Jim Morrison's grave in the flower-filled Père Lachaise Cemetery, this neighbourhood offers a variety of delights. You can also experience a bucolic atmosphere in the village of Charonne, near Porte de Bagnolet. You'll never run out of places to look or stroll in!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Ménilmontant, is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
