Das Haus selbst ist groß genug für 10 Personen allerdings fehlt es an Sitzplätzen und Besteck. Man sollte sich auch selbst scharfe Messer und Sonnenschirme mitbringen. Die Sonne steht von morgens bis abends auf der Terasse. Von den Hausbesitzer hat man kaum was gesehen.
