Stunning gated oceanfront Villa within Sea Pines. Enjoy the many things Monarch has to offer; direct beach access, a splash pad, Two Pools, Three Hot Tubs, fitness center, access to Sea Pine Beach Club, PGA sanctioned golf courses, and tennis courts - Perfect For families! Endless activities-ride bikes to Harbor Town and South Beach, charter a fishing boat, go parasailing and jet skiing, shop at the multitude of stores...or do nothing but relax on the beach. Cook dinner or go out for some of the finest meals anywhere. Lots and lots of options to create a truly memorable vacation.

The unit is 2BR/2BA and was recently updated. The master bedroom and balcony overlooks a beautiful lagoon shaded by oaks with Spanish Moss, with the ocean visible beyond them.

There are organized events for kids every day. The beach club next door has restaurants, a grill for lunch and ice cream, shops, and a bar to get drinks. Only Monarch residents are allowed on the property and security is controlled via key cards. Parking is also restricted to Monarch guests only. There is a workout room in the lobby and WiFi all over

Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. The resort was lovely and Hilton Head was the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and other sights. Communication with the owner was fabulous!

I've been going to Monarch since I was 9 years old; my children have been going their entire lives. Its such a beautiful and peaceful place, with many things to do such as parasailing, deep sea fishing, riding jet skis, golf, shopping, and riding bikes along the miles and miles of shaded bike trails. Some of the best restaurants I've been to are in HHI. Its a part of me that I love to share with others.

Why they chose this property

Walk right onto to the beach on walkways shaded by large trees, no car involved. Grab lunch, dinner or ice cream at the Sea Pines Beach Club next door....or the other places closely. Quickly and easily get to famous Harbor Town or South Beach via Sea Pines trolley, ride your bike, or by car. More golf courses nearby than you can play.
