The house is ideally located just 300 m from the beach, accessible by a pedestrian path. The small historic market town of Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys is 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

The house is located in a quiet environment with very little traffic in front. The garden is completely enclosed, offering privacy and tranquility.

We have 2 terraces:

A first at the front, on the street side, facing south-east, perfect for enjoying the sun in the morning.
A second at the back, on the garden side, facing south-west, ideal for sunny afternoons and evenings.

The house has two bedrooms:

- The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190).
- The second bedroom has a double bed (140x190).
(We also provide a cradle (from birth to 12 months) as well as a high chair.

everything is accessible

Free TV and Wi-Fi.
The house is also equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience.

Linen is not provided. Please bring: tea towels, napkins, bath towels, sheets and duvet covers.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Très bon et agréable séjour !

Je recommande cette maison qui est très bien située, à côté de la plage et dans un bourg très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée, le jardin est agréable et calme. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille. Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques et s’assurent que tout se passe au mieux.
