Why Patricia Ramirez chose Picacho Hills
We bought our home in 2007 to be close to our family. This house is not only beautiful but also has a view of the majestic Organ Mountains. We love it for great shopping and history in Mesilla along with hiking trails close to home. There is also a restaurant bar with good food within walking distance.
What makes this House unique
I love the house for its unique style. The house has high ceilings, tile floors, fireplace, laundry room, spacious kitchen; lots of windows on the east side of the house which means lots of light; master bedroom walk-in closet, master bath double sink, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. The house is located in a quiet area cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains.

Lovely Pichacho Hills home
My husband and I are planning to relocate to Las Cruces. This home is exactly the type of house that we wish to purchase. It was everything that we expected and more! We love the open floor plan and the southwestern architecture. We were saddened however to find that the neighborhood pub UMP88 had closed during our visit.
We highly recommend this home should your travels take you to Las Cruces.
What a great house!
My wife and I stayed here in October and November, 2014, and loved it. This was our first VRBO and we were a little hesitant but it all went fine. I love the classic NM architecture with Viga beams, arches, niches, and lots of tile. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods of Picacho Hills and studying the Southwest style architecture and landscaping. We hate to leave and would like to return again next year.
Picacho Peak Trail is a great hike!
