Nestled in one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods, the space is half a duplex (440 sqft) with a private entrance and a free on site parking. There is no connecting door between the units. You'll have full privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

The apartment is 12-15 minutes away by car to the Riverwalk, Downtown San Antonio, the Medical Center, and St. Mary's Strip. HEB grocery store is 2 minutes away by car. A washateria is also about 2 minutes away.

For security purposes, there is a ring camera on the door.

Good for two people!

The property was clean and is just as pictured in the posting. There's two new locks inside of the front door so we felt safe. Wifi was good. Parking was okay for my small sedan but if you have a bigger vehicle it may be difficult to park on the reserved parking slot at the front. So you'd have to park in the street with a bigger vehicle. Also if you're a light sleeper the a/c unit in the bedroom may keep you up. But neighborhood is fine, it gives a small town vibe with all the little businesses. Lots of gas stations near by, Dutch Bros Coffee, Walmart, HEB. We loved our stay, quiet in the mornings and night. Perfect small place for a few days in San Antonio.

Unsettling neighborhood

Neighborhood is run down and generally unpleasant, the door only had a latch and a twist lock, it could easily be broken into, the bedroom door wouldn't shut you have to block it with something heavy to even keep it shut, the floor felt like you were gonna fall through it, felt unsafe to even be there due to the surrounding area, we left early just to feel safe
