Hello from San Antonio! Snuggled in one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods, my space is 440 sqft and will allow guests privacy and comfort. A free dedicated parking is available for guests right in front of the entrance.

The Riverwalk, Downtown, Medical Center, and St. Mary's Strip are 12-15 minutes away by car. HEB grocery store is 2 minutes away by car. A washateria is also about 2 minutes away. High speed internet, kitchen, and parking are available for guests.

This space is half of a duplex. But rest assured there is a separate and private entrance. There is no connecting door whatsoever between the 2 units. Guests will have private and full use of the indoor space and back patio. For security purposes, there is a ring camera on the door.

. Very tidy. small but well appointed. easy to get to. bed was comfortable. two room ac's did well. tv easy to use. host very attentive to lack of coffee!! I would add ice cube trays if this were mine WiFi worked well 2 out of 3 days (none at all on Sunday - is it from ChikFilA??) great shower.

Nice but COLD

I would likely recommend this home but during a different time of year. I stayed here during a “freeze” in January and this apartment ended up getting extremely cold. We couldn’t use the living room/kitchen area because it was too cold and basically could only remain in the room with the space heater. The host did provide a space heater upon request which helped with making the one room warm. The host was very fast with communication and helpful. The location was about 10-15 mins from anywhere we needed to go. All the things listed were provided (besides heat). We felt safe inside the home and had no problems, but all of our Uber drivers told us we weren’t in a great area and advised us to not walk around at night. While the host couldn’t control the weather, it was disappointing to be so cold in the place we paid for.

Affordable Long-Term Stays

Overall the property manager was timely, prompt at responding and very welcoming to the property. I felt the price of our VRBO was very fair and the hosts did their best to make the stay enjoyable. Parking was perfect for 1 car and was off the street. The bathroom shower looked recently remodeled with a nice showerhead. A few things to note: The location of the VRBO is in a less desirable neighborhood. Several nights neighbors played loud music which required noise complaints to be reported. The VRBO had a ring camera on the doorframe of the VRBO entrance. The camera was not advertised on the listing and I was disappointed in the lack of privacy with a camera that saw and listened to us as we entered and exited. This VRBO has a significant wasp issue near the doorway and the property manager did not properly resolve the issue in a timely manner. Ultimately, we resolved the wasp issue ourselves over the course of several days.
