This house within a large private estate on the central Apechio (700m above sea level) and 6 km from the village of Apecchio is ideal for large groups of family or friends. The location is convenient for visiting Tuscany, Umbria and the Marches. Guests have access to large, private green areas and a pool. The house consists of a newer wing on the first floor with independent rooms with bathroom, all exclusively with access from outside, a large professionally equipped kitchen that communicates with a large dining room, access to a covered terrace and a bathroom with shower. In the older part of the house, on the 1st floor, there is a large living room (about 70m2) with fireplace and billiards. Some, unoccupied rooms are not accessible. About 20 km from the house the owner runs a wellness farm with pools, massage center and restaurant (extra services, to be paid locally). Distances: Apecchio 6 km, the ancient town of Città di Castello 27 km, Gubbio 45 km, Fano (sea and beaches) 70 km. The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals. On request and payment on site: special arrangements wellness center, cook, horse riding lessons, hiking, Pilates classes.
