American kitchen with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 7 sqm balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The landlord lives in the neighbouring house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
