In the heart of the pedestrian streets and near the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this 14m2 studio enjoys an exceptional location. You can stroll through the charming streets, discover the beautiful shops and enjoy the hustle and bustle without being disturbed.
The studio also has a terrace (very rare in Saint Martin), where you can relax in the open air. Whether you want to have breakfast, enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or simply relax while reading a book, this terrace is a real asset. The studio is only accessible by car before 10:30 in the morning or after midnight, that's the charm of the pedestrian streets...
Parking lots (paid from March to November) are located nearby (Market, Bastion) and free parking 750 meters away (Cemetery).
Inside you will find a double bed, a television and a small, well-equipped kitchen, it has a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster. You'll have everything you need to cook delicious meals.
