Ideally located 10min walk from the family beach of Kérel, and a stone's throw from the coastal paths and the beautiful beaches of Yeyew and Dotchot. The house is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Ideal for families or stay with friends.

With a surface area of 90m², it consists of a main room – living room, dining room and open kitchen – 4 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms with double bed (140x190cm), a small bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm) and a bedroom with double bed (130x190cm)) and office / teleworking area and 2 bathrooms, a through veranda. Slightly off-centre, the ground floor bedroom and its adjoining bathroom offer an additional calm to rest.

The house is equipped with all comforts, including for children / babies (high chair, baby bath, swaddle mat, travel cot...). Very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender...) library, quality bedding, duvets and pillows, washing machine and dryer, Bluetooth speaker....

A mature garden and a sun terrace with barbecue equipment and garden furniture adjoin the back of the house.
Internet Wifi ADSL. Use of the fireplace prohibited.
Park place in the alley very little traffic in the hamlet for a quiet and friendly environment.

Bed linen is not provided. Pets are not allowed.

A cleaning fee of 60 euros for the stay applies in addition to the prices indicated.

Rentals any time of the year, minimum by the week. We also accept monthly and long-term rentals from September to June.
