Plenty of space inside and out, a private pool and a large garden on the other side of the very quiet driveway. There are two villages nearby, l?Absie to the north and Coulonges-sur-l?Autize to the south, both with supermarkets, gas station etc. Also visit Marais Poitevin, and take a canoe trip on the canal network. Beautiful beaches can be found on the coast of Vendée. Notice. Open staircase to the 1st floor.

Maison au calme nécessitant un rafraîchissement

Grande maison au calme avec un grand jardin arboré conforme aux photos. Cependant la propreté laisse à désirer, certains équipements sont vieillissants et nécessiteraient d'être remplacé. La literie est vraiment inconfortable.
