Comfortable and convenient

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Washer and dryer were good to have. Significant marijuana use/smell in evidence daily from room next door, which was not the fault of the owners so no downgrades for it, but someone with a young child or an aversion to it might want to know about that. Clean, well-taken care of, and easy process on-line.

Great little place!

My sister and I had a great stay and enjoyed the place! Super comfy bed, good location. Walked to Starbucks and Roosevelt Row! Easy and great communication with the property owner. Only suggestion to make it more enjoyable would be heat in the pool but we still enjoyed the outside space.

Close, clean, cool and quiet

This quiet studio was just what us colorado country needed for an escape to sun and city in February. We parked our car on Friday and didn't get back in it until we left Monday. There were many great choices of patio bar and restraunts within walking distance. We enjoyed soaking in the sun by the pool and exploring a richly diverse part of Phoenix. From the Italian restaurant down the block, to "Roosevelt Row" (and off row ;) and walks down to the dog park with our dog, we thoroughly enjoyed the neighbors and neighborhood. Highly recommend this studio with all the touches to feel at home!
