A cozy and well maintained cottage situated on a large natural plot. Good terrace with sunshine all day. Nice eat-in kitchen with cozy dining area. Two good bedrooms with room for 4 and a nice bathroom with underfloor heating. An energy friendly heat pump is installed in the house as an alternative heat source.
Outside on the beautiful wooden terrace you have the option to sit in the shade on the covered part of the terrace or in the sun on the open terrace and enjoy the fantastic surroundings and beautiful nature. There is space for 2 cars on the property. Bring the fishing equipment, because it is only 300 m to Fanø Fiskesø.
