Our 5-bedroom, 2,480 sqft cabin provides a private mountain retreat, with stunning views of downtown, Ober Gondola & Great Smoky Mountains. It is located less than 10 min (2.3 miles) from downtown Gatlinburg & the National Park entrance. It sleeps 12 people & packed with activities designed for your entertainment including hot tub, pool table, Foosball, arcade game, custom log poker table, outdoor fire pit, access to 3 community pools (1.5 miles) & kitchen stocked with all major cooking utensils.

LIVING ROOM –
Awe-inspiring two-story windows with 2 story custom oak tree wood carving from renowned local artist opening up to panoramic views of Downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg Gondola & the Great Smoky Mountains! The living room connects to the kitchen and dining room with a beautiful, two story, gas fireplace setting this great room apart and making it perfect for entertaining! It is warm, cozy and ready for you to relax and enjoy the views or binge watch from the 55" HD Flat Screen TV & brand new, plush leather furniture. This unique cabin has a very large, private backyard with a large private firepit, outdoor dining table and beautiful wooden rockers. Fireplace season is October through March.

BACKYARD GARDEN – Nearly unheard of in the mountains, large outdoor backyard with three beautiful areas to enjoy! Large firepit with plenty of seating, complete with view of downtown Gatlinburg and the Ober Gatlinburg Gondola traveling literally over your head! There is also a section with private rockers and a garden view and a table for outdoor dining with a view!

DECKS - 3 decks (two off the back of the cabin and the front deck off the master bedroom), rocking chair seating, outdoor dining table, hot tub and stunning views

DINING ROOM – Rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8 right near the kitchen bar with seating for 4 more. The deck connected to the kitchen & living room also has an outdoor dining table perfect for 6 to enjoy dinner and four large high back Adirondack chairs.

KITCHEN – Well-appointed with all the major utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware needed for you to create & serve gourmet meals. Electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES –
• Access to Chalet Village Facilities which include 3 different club houses, three separate pool facilities including water-slide, children’s play fountain, four tennis courts, two game rooms with pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, children’s play structure, concession stands & more. These facilities are included with your stay with seasonal swimming pools available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Neighborhood & additional information:
The cabin is in the premier community of Chalet Village, Gatlinburg, Tennessee and our property is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The views from cabin of the Great Smoky Mountains are breathtaking and we are only 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park!

Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this.

When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery! During your time here, make sure to visit the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area, which offers terrific skiing in the colder months, a ski mountain coaster, an aerial tramway, and many other thrilling attractions!

The cabin is located on a mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm related weather situations there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.
