This beachfront home would not shine in its best light without a stunning outdoor space for guests to take in stunning ocean views and sunshine. There are endless ways to enjoy the fresh air here, from the Adirondack chairs on the decks to the poolside bar.

Catch a sunrise or sunset from the elevated decks overlooking the ocean. There are also multiple outdoor picnic tables on the decks, both in the sun and the shade - perfect for alfresco meal times, playing board games, or even getting some work done with a view.

The pool area features a large pool, sun loungers, and a relaxing hot tub for cooler days and evenings. There’s also a pool house with a fun bar that opens up into the pool area.

From the pool, you can take the elevated boardwalk down to the beach and take a pit stop at the gazebo dune deck. If you’re lucky, you may even spot some wild horses from this amazing vantage point!

There is plenty of space around the property to hang out as one big group or to find a little solitude for yourself. The main lounge sits on the second level and boasts tons of seating space at tables, comfy armchairs, and sofas. There are also multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, a wet bar, and a baby grand piano with a player-piano option to set the mood just right.

There’s also a sitting area on the third level, complete with plush sofas overlooking the beach.

Head downstairs to the game room for a little entertainment between activities. This fun spot boasts a full wet bar, a pool table, a foosball table, and plenty of places to sit back and relax.

You’ll have no problem cooking for your whole group in the home’s spacious kitchen. This large area features Viking stainless steel appliances, including dual gas ranges, commercial-style fridges and freezers, two dishwashers, a microwave, and multiple sinks. The sleek granite countertops offer ample space for many cooks in the kitchen, and there’s plenty of seating around the kitchen bar for those who want to keep the chefs company.

In addition to the kitchen counter (seating for 11), there are three large dining tables with seating for eight at each. If you feel like spreading out even more, there are various tables around the property, including options in the sunroom, lounge, and decks in both the sun and shade.
