Villa Marceline is build to provide comfort. House is build in stone, with spacious area inside and amazing gardens around the house. Front yard provides comfort with a big pool, private gym, olive garden shade and grill area. Center of the village is at the walking distance, and yet in the house you are surrounded only by nature.
Island is car free - no traffic, no noise - only peace and quiet but only 10 min distance by boat from the main land!

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Our guests have only one obligation prior to check out - to report any damage if there is any. Everything else regarding cleaning the house is included in price and will be done by our cleaning crew.
Check out consist of me meeting with the guests on agreed hour, I will check the house for the damages, return damage deposit if everything is in order and wave our guests goodbye :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My name is Katarina, and I am in tourism industry my whole life. Hosting guests in this villa is one of my favorite things because they all fall in love in this villa and this small island and especially in Dalmatian way of life ;)

Why they chose this property

Island is close to the mainland, and yet provides you with a feeling like you are out on a different planet. There are no cars on the island, only nature, clear blue sea and peace. Village has all you need during your stay - small market, fresh market, fisherman selling fish in the morning, several restaurants, post office, tourist office and it is very well connected with the mainland (10 min drive with a taxi boat).

What makes this property unique

Villa provides you with the full privacy, no houses around, just nature. 10 min walking distance is from the centre of the village.
