About this property

Charming 3 bedroom historical property (1850) located 1/4 mile to Red River Beach. 1/4 mile to the Cape Cod bike trail, down the road from Thompson Field conservation area. Spacious yard with fire pit and small deck. Fully equipped and well stocked kitchen. Traditional house build in 1850 with connected bedrooms : 1 queen bed, 1 full and 2 twins. Central AC downstairs, window units supporting the upstairs. Firestick TV. Outdoor shower. Newly renovated bathroom downstairs + new kitchen! No linen service provided. Please use http://cclinenrental.com. Nevertheless, bed linen is stored and available (in the trunk of the 2nd bedroom). You do have to wash and put back in place.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If you used bedsheets, please wash/ dry/fold, and return to the trunk where they are stored, in their labeled bag. If you used towels, wash and transferred to the dryer so cleaners can place back.

Make sure all windows are closed and AC set on 73.

Please place all trash in the garbage container on the side of the garage.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If coming with pets, guest are expected to clean out fur (keeping pets downstairs and off furniture is recommended). Vacuum available…
