Great condo, terrible customer service

We loved our condo but weren’t able to use the “complimentary beach service” because the beach attendant said it wasn’t included with our specific condo. It took three phone calls to even get a rep that didn’t say “oh I’ll call you back” and I also never got a call back from the two who promised they would. I also texted the number given and received no response. Extremely irritating given the price we paid. We won’t book here again just for that.

Condo great, mgmt company not so great/ Construction

Condo great, but dealing with Southern Vacation Rentals was not pleasant. I called the upon arrival and gal said she'd call me back as she didn't know the answer. Never called back. I called the next day to get the answer. Then the construction began... yes it was disclosed, but how bad it really is was not in the notice. The noise was horrible and the construction dust everywhere and smelled. This was for everyday we were there. It was a restful enviornment that we needed for our vacation. Construction equipment everywhere. In discussing with mgmt company, they were aloof. After persisting how bad it was, I sent lots of pictures and vidoes showing how bad it is. Construction doesn't end until Feb 2024, don't stay at this facility without understanding how bad the contruction environment is.
