Dicks Fishing Cabin is nice 3 Bedroom 2 bath brick home with Billiard table, and Ping Pong. Very close to the Lake and Marina. Attached car carport, patio, large grass backyard, Traeger grill, Weber grill, and fish cleaning station. Perfect getaway for the family to enjoy Ute Lake. There is a king in the master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, Queen bed in 3rd. Family room has a queen size sofa sleeper. Roll away and air mattress for kids. Betsy, the contact person lives next door for ease in checking in and checking out. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Please reach out if you are requesting extra guests. Violation will result in an additional $50.00 fee per person per night.

Great stay!

That was one of the cleanest house we have ever rented! Had awesome beds even the pullout couch was good! Will definitely try to rent it again if we need a place to stay!

This property was very clean! And it was perfect for our family. They had everything plus more than we needed for our stay!! We also had the best time discussing how homey it felt and reminded all of us of our childhoods! Marty was the best! She was always available to chat & responded quickly
