Villa Adèle is a superb Mersoise house on 4 levels, completely renovated in 2022 in strict compliance with the recommendations of the Bâtiments de France. It is located 50 metres from the beach, offers a superb sea view and is divided into four apartments that offer maximum comfort while respecting the identity of the place.

You will appreciate the luxurious fittings and the impression of "Belle Epoque cocoon".

Villa Adèle has 4 independent apartments, on each floor there is an apartment of about 40 m2:

- Adèle 1 - Ground floor: A sea view from the balcony and a pretty patio, ideal for having your coffee or an aperitif!
The apartment has a double bed with the possibility of isolating the sleeping area by closing curtains, a fully equipped open kitchen (no dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet and shower. The TV is connected (chromecast system).

- Adèle 2 - 1st floor: You will enjoy the sea view from the Bow Window.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a quality double sofa bed and a bathroom.

- Adèle 3 - 2nd floor: At the end of the day, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sauna and a little drink on the balcony, facing the sunset!
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.

In the living room you will find a quality sofa bed with two places and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has a beautiful Italian shower, a sink, toilet and a sauna. The TV is connected, you can make a chromecast, use Netflix, Disney+ or Prime.

- Adèle 4 - 3rd floor: You will appreciate the very large bow-window with a magnificent view of the sea.
The fully equipped apartment has a bedroom with double bed, an equipped kitchen and living room with quality double sofa bed and a bathroom.

In summary? 4 new apartments with sea view, each with a double bedroom (3 of them have a sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress).

Ideal for a group stay while preserving your privacy!

Parking spaces are available in the street perpendicular to that of the villa, rue du Maréchal Foch (paid from June 15 to September 15 and on weekends and public holidays). The free Lagaliote car park is an 8-minute walk away.

You will have access to the entire villa. Each apartment is locked.

Thaïs, concierge service of the 3 sister cities, is available at all times

The villa does not have a lift.

We have 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs on request. We do not provide the sheets for the travel cot.

On Wednesday morning we receive a delivery from the dry cleaner to the villa, the delivery man does not enter the apartments.
