Located in Panama City Beach, just 4 miles east of Rosemary Beach, this Gulf front vacation rental offers three bedrooms and three and three bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests with ease. you'll experience pure tranquility while vacationing at "Palazzo Unit 301".

This stunning Gulf Front condo is in the Palazzo Condominiums in Panama City Beach on Front Beach Road and provides a large open concept living, kitchen and dining spaces with spectacular panoramic views of the beach. The floor to ceiling windows provide a view from the 7th floor that you will never get tired of! The large Gulf Front master bedroom has access to the balcony as well as a king size bed and private ensuite. The ensuite has a shower, garden tub, walk in closet and two separate vanities. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private en suite with a shower and tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and private ensuite with a shower and tub combo. Additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the living room, the sectional sofa is also a sleeper sofa for two. 

The Palazzo Condominiums is located just 1 mile from Pier Park and just 10 minutes to 30A. Palazzo facilities include an elevated Gulf Front pool and hot tub, fitness center, meeting rooms and 4 stories of parking under the building. Additionally beach set up is included in the rental, two chairs and one umbrella, seasonally (March-October). Please read the following details about parking at Palazzo: once a reservation is confirmed the guest will receive a link via email to pay for parking during their stay, $40 per car (max of 2 cars) per reservation. If you should encounter problems with the parking link, please call our reservations team before your arrival.

Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) Pay to Park: $40 per car, per reservation (max of 2 cars). Link to pay to park will be sent via email once the reservation is confirmed.
5) HOA Requires a 3 night stay minimum year-round.
6) Beach Chair Set Up: Two chairs and one umbrella included in rental, seasonally (March-October).
7) Please Note any reservations during the date range of October 7th - November 19th 2023: Guests will not have access to the balcony OR the pool due to painting being done at the condo complex.

I am torn on being selfish and keeping this place all to myself or being candid and leaving a realistic review for how gorgeous and peaceful this place is.This is our second stay at this very unit and both times we came here to find some serenity from life’s challenges. We’ve stayed at probably a dozen places song 30A over the years, including other units in this complex, but this was by far our favorite. Clean, well appointed, AMAZING views from all the windows, comfortable furnishings and easy access to points of interest.

Great Vacation

We love this unit, the view, the pool. In walking distance to a couple of restaurants and Thomas Donuts. Had a great vacation. This was our second year renting this unit. We love it.

Awesome condo!

I loved the glass front which made it feel so open! The balcony is large and the condo has plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels. Beds are soft and there’s plenty of storage. I very much enjoyed my stay. Parking is extremely tight.

Spring Break

This condo was exceptional. It had an abundance of storage space and the view was magnificent. The location in the building was near the elevators, the stairway was just outside the door and pool was 2 floors down. I believe it would be difficult to find a better place to stay than 301 Palazzo.

Amazing Views of the Ocean and Sunsets!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the pictures don't even reflect how absolutely wonderful views you have out the windows and sitting on the large deck. We ate meals on that deck as well. The kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds, loved the big round chairs to sit and look out the windows at the ocean and sunsets! We sat on the beach with complementary umbrella and blue lounges and swam in the pool and dipped in the hottub. Shopping and dining was awesome at the Pier just down the beach! Close to everything!!! Highly recommend this place!

Everybody was great from the first time we arrived to the minute we left

It was great. They contact us early so we could check in everything was clean and perfect. We did have a problem with the fridge and they sent people out to look after it immediately and efficiently and they are professional and courteous again is 100% perfect for us. We look forward to booking them again

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Plenty of space, great location and just steps to the beach. Our only complaint was that the building was being painted while we were there so we were not able to use the balcony or the pool. Property manager was gracious enough to compensate us for the unavailability of those things.

Amazing views of the ocean!!

My family and I stayed at this 30A Escapes unit for 5 nights. We had the best time. The adults loved the openness of the condominium and the ocean views. The grandkids loved the closeness to the ocean and beaches. We all loved the pool for a change. The air conditioning worked great. It was very clean when we arrived and check in was easy. We definitely want to come back. Hopefully soon!!!

Fantastic view

The view is great and the place is clean. The beach is amazing and had great sunsets. My only regret is that I should have read the last line of the description that said the balcony and pool was closed until Nov 19. No fault of the owner but rather I should have paid closer attention.

Perfect home away from home

The listing photos looked great, but it was even better in person. This is the best stocked kitchen I've had at a unit at the Palazzo, with everything to comfortably cook all week. The furniture is all comfortable and up to date. The unit was super clean. The balcony was above the pool, but honestly, it was not a distraction or noisy or anything. Also loved that the unit came with two parking spots and we didn't have to park across the street. This has been our favorite Palazzo unit to date!

Absolute wonderful condo!!!

I have almost nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The cleanliness of the condo and storage is great. The two things I wish were different (one you can’t change) is the parking garage and the water draining in the master bathroom. We drive a big SUV and it was hard to park in the garage, but there is additional parking across the street and that worked out just fine! We will definitely be staying here again….and the VIEWS FROM THE WINDOWS are to die for!!!

Relaxing Vacay

This unit was as described. The low floor was convenient to the gym and pool. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the furniture was comfortable. However, I recommend replacing the mattress in the front right bedroom. Each side had a deep sway and was way too soft for someone with a sensitive low back. Overall, the unit was spacious, the kitchen was stocked well, and the location was perfect—out of the hustle and bustle.
