About this property

Enjoy a spacious place (approx. 1,100 sq ft) in close proximity to Biltmore Village, the Biltmore Estate, and a short drive or Uber/Lyft to Downtown Asheville. The rental is a completely separate space, with your own entrance and easy check-in. I do live in the residence, however no interaction is necessary. I'm more than happy to provide restaurant, brewery, hiking recommendations, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Convenient to Biltmore Estate

This downstairs apartment is a converted basement and was somewhat musty when we arrived. We ran the dehumidifier most of the time we were there but it is somewhat noisy as is the AC unit next to the dining table. Not having access to live TV was a little disappointing. On the positive side the property is only a few minutes drive from Biltmore Estate which was our main reason for staying in Asheville.

Great host!

Stayed a couple nights for a wedding. Place was just what we needed. Very responsive host. Was there to help anytime needed! Only very minor complaint would be we struggled with the finicky lock, but perhaps that was user error!

Sweet!

Loved our spacious basement apartment! The neighborhood is quaint and yet convenient to all things Ashville. The owner was quick to respond to any of our needs. The bed was comfortable 😊 so my body was happy after a day of hiking. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at a great price!!

I was blessed by the stay at this rental, as it accommodated my college friends and I very well. There were simple touches such as chilled drinks in the fridge, and prepared ice cube trays that made me smile. Would highly recommend this place for your next stay!
