Perfect get-a-way

The apartment was minutes away from the Biltmore and convenient to other stores and shops. It is very comfortable and the hostess is the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

We enjoyed every minute very quiet and the house is totally updated and beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Would eat at Juicy Lucy's every day which is only a couple of blocks away. Biltmore 4 min down the road.

Wonderful location and super comfortable hideaway!

Beautiful getaway bungalow on a hill with very new and modern accommodations. Location was perfect for Biltmore, River Arts, and all south Asheville attractions. Close but also away from the bustle. Technology everywhere! We didn’t get a chance to play with all of it, but it is a tech lover’s paradise. Very comfortable bed. Thoughtful lighting everywhere. Great selection of appliances and utensils in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little techy home

The outside doesnt look like much, but once i side, it is so cute and well thought out. Shenandoah thought of every little detail and item one could need. The place is very clean, organized and comfortable. She has Siri set up in all rooms so you can have her play whatever you want, even in the bathroom! Beds were comfy and the area is very quiet and just a few minutes from Biltmore Village and aboutv10 minutes from downtown.

I LOVED this place. It was so clean and offered lots of little tidbits that I personally loved (siri, smart mirror, remotes for fans, etc). The decor was great, and she had every kind of little dish/ glass available as well for the kitchen. My husband and I both have back issues and the bed was super comfortable. I had zero pain which was so nice. Location was fantastic. It was quiet given how close it is to downtown also. I have saved this property and fully intend to book again in the future. Yall, book this one— you wont be dissapointed.

Great place to stay in South Asheville

Thoughtfully decorated and stocked with all you could need for a visit. Beds were comfortable and the blinds and curtains did a nice job keeping the bedrooms dark for sleeping. Lots of extra towels and bedding should it be needed. Shidonna was quick to respond to two non-urgent texts. Location was good for our visit as it is close to family in Asheville, but keep in mind you’ll need to drive everywhere. There was some highway noise in the living/dining areas, but mostly blocked in the bedrooms. Bring ear plugs and/or a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. We will likely stay again on our next visits to see family.
