This 70 m² house in Marcilly-sur-Eure can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² south-facing, unfenced garden with garden table and chairs
- A 70 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Marcilly-sur-Eure, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities
- Walking tour of Anet castle.
- The Royal Chapel at Dreux is 10 km away.
- Possibility of access to the 25-metre round pen at no extra charge but on condition of good use. Access to 5000 m² for up to 4 horses.
- Horse stalls can be rented for €20 per horse (feed not supplied, hay and water included, round pen included).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the accommodation (4 parking spaces), or in the free public car park nearby.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Dreux station 13.8 km away (about 18 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly airport 89.6 km (approx. 1 hour 7 minutes by car)
