The Royal Aloha is a secured building and offers a pool, pool side lounge chairs, BBQ’s, tables and chairs, and vending machines.

Our location near the entrance to Waikiki makes coming and going from the district easy, with the McCully and Kalakaua bridges practically outside your condo.

Royal Aloha condo's open floor plan with its two bedrooms and sofa sleeper can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. For play on the beach or inside, we provide you with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogies boards, sand toys and board games.

Horrible host

We didn’t have a working fridge for 6 days of our stay. Water in the kitchen was shut of the second day due to a leak which the host knew all about but never told us before hand. The bathroom and kitchen sink smells like sewer. The communication with the host was the worst she went back on her words on things she promised and was very disrespectful and I felt bullied by her. she try to say we broke her sleeper sofa when it wasn’t even properly working from the start but with all the stuff that was wrong in her unit, it was the least of our concern. I complained to vrbo after and they said they will reach out to the host. The next thing she did was send me a request for 1600.00 through Venmo and threatened me. I would stay away from this host and her listing because she’s disloyal and took advantage of people like me. She ruined our family vacation. Never again!

This place is okay

Over all we enjoyed the stay but there were some issues. Number one the cleaning crew could do a better job. There was some hair in the shower. We took the shoes off at the door and those of us who were barefoot had black feet in no time. I don’t think that floor has been mopped recently. The floor material is gray wood looking like vinyl so it’s not possible to tell it’s dirty by looks of it. Not the best neighborhood. Quite a few homeless and strange acting people on the streets near by. Sirens go off constantly. Yet we were talked to and possibly fined for talking on the balcony after 10. We were not doing anything wild, just enjoying our vacation together. The person who came to the door said it was not a vacation home or a resort so we can’t talk after 10. Well we rented it as a place for vacation coming from below zero temperatures with little kids so there was nothing wild going on. Just something to keep in mind. We enjoyed the kitchen and the balcony and a coffee shop with healthy and tasty choices downstairs. I’d say the most disturbing was a dirty floor. You pay big bucks for cleaning.
