Location, Location, Location! Easy walking access to the Square & Ole Miss

Comfortable, clean, air conditioned/heated and quiet basement apartment located in the Historic Preservation District, steps from the Oxford Square. All the basic necessities you need to enjoy a weekend in beautiful Oxford. The early-1900 brick home is located in a secure, gated community and the apartment has its private entrance and free street parking. Park once and easily walk to all of Oxford's famous restaurants, shops and the University. Walk 1 mile to the Grove, or on game day, catch the red Double Decker bus that leaves the Square every quarter hour. OUT buses are active all day long. Sleeps up to 6 adults. Owners live on site, upstairs.
Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Cable TV, free Internet provided.

This home was built in the early 1900's by Dr. Bramlett, well known physician in Oxford. It is located in the Historic Preservation District of Oxford and has many unique features on the property. We love our home and its location..quick access to the Square and other famous restaurants, as well as quick and easy access to The University of Mississippi!

Great place for a short stay near the square.

My wife and I stayed in this property for a weekend visit. The property owners could not be more accommodating and kind. We enjoyed the stay and would stay here again in the future.

Cozy Stay Right Off the Square

My wife and I were in town for a short stay and chose this place mostly because of its close proximity to the square… but also because we wanted to stay somewhere other than your typical hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by the property owners who were pleasantly friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, and we had everything that we would have needed for our stay. We were very happy with our experience… and the next time we have the opportunity to visit Oxford, I will be sure to check the availability here first. Thank you Dave & Candis!

Slice of heaven!

Dave & Candis were truly such amazing hosts to my friends and I with lots of hospitality. Their basement space was just the perfect place to stay for our game day weekend. It was extremely clean and tidy and had all the necessities we needed. They were great with communicating with us as well, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. I’ll be back soon to visit their lovely place.

Great location and great owners

We went to Oxford for a weekend lacrosse lesson. The rental is two blocks from the square and one block from The Graduate Hotel. Perfect location. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. The owners were really good communicators, too. We will be back.
