Comfortable country house in Tuscan style, with park-like garden and exclusive pool area, about 3 km from the nice town of Monte San Savino. The former farmhouse, in a slightly hilly position above the Chiana valley, has been particularly tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, a large open living room, divided only by arches, forms the cozy center of the house. The kitchen has its own terrace with barbecue and a wide view over the green Chiana valley. Further terraces surround the house both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, where the bedrooms are located. A bit below the house is the large pool with sun terraces and a covered terrace, comfortably furnished - what more do you need to relax? Only two km away from here you can reach a good restaurant - even on foot during a walk through the picturesque countryside. In the nearby town of Monte San Savino (3 km) you will find everything for your daily needs - several good restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlor, small stores with specialties and on Wednesdays a colorful weekly market. The culinary specialty of the place is the porchetta, a well-seasoned suckling pig. For the culturally interested and passionate city wanderer, it is also not far to Arezzo (18 km, also with the slow train from Monte San Savino), Cortona 25 km, Montepulciano and Siena 45 km, or to Florence 90 km.
