The feature of this vacation home with pop-up pool for exclusive use is its location in Tuscany, but at the same time close to Umbria. Both Cortona and Lake Trasimeno can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Organize walks or mountain bike tours. In Coldolmo, as the house is called, you will find direct contact with nature, a place of regeneration for the whole family. The park garden around the house is completely at guests' disposal, as well as the above-ground pool. A large barbecue and garden furniture complete the offer.
On request/extra: guided horseback riding, excursions or tours along the nature trails of the region, but also cooking classes or typical lunches.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
