We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the condition of certain parts of the villa, such as the taps and showers in the main bathroom, the kitchen, and the poorly secured terrace, is very valuable to us. We will address these issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of our future guests. We also appreciate your comments regarding the management. Our goal is to provide a pleasant and seamless experience for all our guests, and it is clear from your review that we fell short in this particular instance. We are sorry to hear that you felt your concerns were not addressed satisfactorily and that communication was inadequate. We will take your comments seriously and work to improve our communication and customer service. But what surprises me most is your message regarding your arrival. I went through the check-in process with your daughter, who, by the way, does the same job as us to best satisfy our guests. I went through the check-in process with her, not with you. I asked her several times if she needed more information, and she told me, "No, don't worry! It's all good!" which is completely unrelated to what you're saying! You also mention two gas cylinders that were made available on Friday upon your arrival. On Sunday afternoon, you asked me to bring two more before 4:30 PM. Indeed, I reminded you that this is not a hotel service and that if you needed more during your stay, you would have to purchase them (you stayed less than 10 days). However, you forgot to mention the broken door handle in the downstairs bedroom, the overflowing trash, the sunscreen on the outdoor lounge chair cushions... But I suppose that's to be expected.
