2 bedroom stunning home in Vanvikan

We welcome you to this unique vacation home in Vanvikan near Trondheim.



This cozy cottage has everything you need in terms of facilities. From the windows you have a fantastic view of the Trondheimsfjord. On cooler days you can cozy up by the fireplace.



The cottage is located at 220 m.a.s.l. and has two covered verandas; one in the southeast with morning sun and one in the southwest with afternoon sun and evening sun. Here you can enjoy the silence and the view. The surrounding area is rich in wildlife and birds, and if you are lucky, squirrels, deer, elk, hares or badgers may appear.



The surrounding area offers great hiking opportunities at various levels of difficulty. Climb Grønliklumpen or Munken,from both mountains you have a magnificent view. For those who want to take shorter walks, Østerheia is a good choice, about 45 minutes from the house and Østigardsdammen, where you can fish for mountain trout. In the Trondheimsfjord you can also fish. In autumn there are many berries and mushrooms in the area. If you want to make a city trip, there is a speedboat from Vanvikan center to Trondheim center about once an hour. The trip takes 25 minutes.

Attention. It is not possible to order a final cleaning. It is possible to bring a dog, but the guest must clean the house especially well if you have animals. From the parking lot steep path up to the house (about 50 m).
