Ground floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace (wood included), hi-fi system with USB socket, Wifi connection, hallway (access by 3 steps) leading to 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 x 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm that can be combined into 1 bed 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (bathtub with WC). Front balcony. Courtyard / terrace and garden with a stream. Garage for bicycles, motorcycles and skis. Bathroom linen included. Parking on the plot 20 m from the cottage or in front of the house depending on the snow cover. Ski Val Cenis Vanoise at 400 m (free shuttle in winter at 50 m). Also 11 km. Beautiful country farmhouse located 400m from the alpine ski slopes, in the heart of the typical old village. Quiet area benefiting from the proximity of shops and services. Very spacious and bright cottage. Pleasant country character in a country chic style with a lot of charm. Beautiful enclosed stone courtyard serving as a south-east facing terrace. Garden with trees. Traditional wrought iron balcony with a view of the mountains. Just 400 meters from the Termignon - Val Cenis Vanoise ski slopes, with a free shuttle bus stop 50 meters away, and at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park: a prime location for cyclists and hikers to explore the Haute-Maurienne region, on the route to legendary Alpine passes! It's also possible to ski at other resorts with the same lift pass (Aussois, La Norma, Bonneval-sur-Arc, etc.). Hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing trails start right from the gîte.
