Balcony. Hauteluce ski / seizures at 300 m, seizures at 8 km. Free shuttle only in winter. Local private ski room and garage. Contemporary cottage 300 m from the chair lift of the Chosal, on the South hillside overlooking a typical village. Natural beauty of prairies. Very quiet. Very good comfort. Spacious and bright. Balcony façade with a view panoramic of the massif and Mont Blanc.
