Ground floor: living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower/WC). 1st floor (access by Japanese or staggered steps): 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings (3 single beds). Sheets included + beds made. Total floor area: 40 m² attic parts included. Common ground. Winter only: shops on site + free shuttle to La Giettaz. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators. Renovated 19th century country farm located 100m from the slopes. In the heart of a charming hamlet nestled in a valley. Superb natural setting of meadows and forests. Good comfort. Pleasant mountain chalet character. Flat outdoor space in common and furnished. Unobstructed view of the hamlet and the massif. Ideally located 100m from the slopes of Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc (445km of ski slopes) with winter only, a free shuttle to La Giettaz. Cross-country skiing in Praz sur Arly. Privileged location of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars: access to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Walks and marked trails from the cottage. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs, including the famous GRP Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. 53km away, Chamonix, world renowned city for hikers and mountaineers.
