Om on the Range was a darling spot with gracious hosts. Nestled near the Superstition mountains with grocery stores, gas, and restaurants only 3 miles away. We would definitely stay there again.
Jack and Rhonda are Super Hosts! They are extremely accommodating! Their cottages are darling, functional and close to some many attractions! Enjoy your morning coffee with the "tortoise and the hare" on the beautifully landscaped property. :-)
Cozy casita, with friendly hosts and close to beautiful parks and lakes
We spent a few days in Casita Dragonfly to explore the beautiful Superstition Mountains and had a wonderful time. The hosts were lovely and very attentive to our needs and recommended a couple of great places to go in the mountains to photograph. They set up an outdoor kitchen for our evening cooking under the stars which made it a very special time for us. Their tortoise, Karma, is super cool too! Thanks again!
I can't rave enough about this property its perfect! Beautiful location, amazing and I mean Amazing!!! Hosts! I will try to rent this ine every chance I get!!
We were very pleased with the Casita and the grounds where it was located. The hosts were awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. We loved visiting with them and hope to stay there again.
We spent an enjoyable long weekend at Om on the Range, from which we were able to see multiple Spring Training games and play a fun round of golf.
It was conveniently located to those activities and was a very comfortable spot to use as our home base for the long weekend. It was everything we needed!
A tiny house with a everything we needed within sight of the Superstition Mountains, this place was just perfect for us as we were in town to do a little hiking and sightseeing. The owners were very friendly, but left us to out own thing. Overall, a great place to stay. There's also a great breakfast place ten minutes drive from here, which we found very convenient.
Jack and Rhonda did an excellent job in first, communicating with me before the trip, so it was clear what was expected, and what I needed to do. Once I got there, the Casita was gorgeous. Very clean, artwork, excellently, decorated, the Zen garden was, tranquil and lovely. Jack and Rhonda went out of their way to quickly fill my every wish. They have an done incredible job in keeping the Casita well-maintained and making sure that guests receive excellent care. I unfortunately needed to get home earlier than expected due to personal reasons, but I wish I could’ve stayed. I highly recommend this Casita and of course, Rhonda and Jack people, and they are animal lovers, like me, to boot!
Greatly enjoyed our stay at "Om On The Range" ! Rhonda & Jack were great hosts with their friendliness, knowledge of the area and the great dark chocolate/ pecan cookies! Loved meeting Kurma, the rescued African Spurred Tortoise they had and seeing the other wildlife indigenous to the area. Would definitely stay here again !!
Very good option for a single or couple at reasonable price. Location is close to various activities including hiking, golf, motorcycle, trails, and shopping although not real close to major shopping and metro which is which is what we prefer.
We were looking for a location with breathtaking views and we found it. Superstition Mountain was right in front of our eyes. The whole property was calming, charming and relaxing. We were welcome to roam the gated property and make ourselves feel right at home.
The hosts were a great couple that were very attentive and communicating with hosts Rhonda and Jack was extremely easy.
Our casita names Dragonfly was darling with a fabulous courtyard with beautiful plants and trees and comfy seating. Inside was cozy and comfy and well appointed. The kitchenette had been stocked with items we needed to get us started. Rhonda thought of everything. The bed was very comfortable.
Rhonda had a rescue tortoise that roamed the property and was not afraid to greet you. It was fun to watch Ms. Kurma Karma Shelly Belly come right up to you.
We look forward to our next trip to Apache Junction and staying at Om On The Range.
The casita was perfect for our stay at Apache Junction! We enjoyed our hosts and being introduced to Kurma. The location was very close to the friends we were visiting.Rhonda and Jack made it possible to host a barbeque for them. We had sunny days the entire time.Would love to go back next year.
The Dragonfly Casita at Om on the Range is a beautiful bungalow that is accessed through an elegant and graceful Zen garden. The MOMENT we stepped through the gorgeous Iron Gate, we felt an immediate sense of calm, which remained the entire week of our stay. The bed was comfortable, and Rhonda (our hostess), respectfully scheduled a mid week change of linens/towels/comforters... The Casita is tastefully decorated with unique iron fixtures and art. The petite kitchen nook has beautiful cabinets, coffee maker (our hosts provided coffee/teas/water) microwave and small fridge. There isn't a sink to wash dishes/glasses, however, our hosts have set up a convenient system of setting our any used dishes/utensils which are picked up each morning and exchanged. Hiking in the desert required daily showers for both myself and my husband. Our showers held wonderful water pressure with no flucuation in temps... very impressive in the desert. The bathroom features a tempered copper sink in a chestnut cabinet that radiates a golden aura... I was delighted to find a magnifying make up mirrow with led lighting to "fine tune" in the morning. In an attempt to keep this review shorter, I will defer my description of the outdoor areas to the hosts website, and assure that what you see is what you get. It was a marvelous experience and we look forward to future stays at Om on the Range.
