Detached house including an entrance, a living room (convertible sofa for 2 people) with fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds / 1 double bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower), WC separate. Terrace. Garden. Garage for 1 car with the possibility of parking bicycles and motorcycles; Ping pong table. Very spacious and bright house, on one level except a few steps from the parking lot. The owners from the region, living nearby, have renovated this family house to give it new life through tourist rental. The garden is large and carefully flowered, enjoying an unobstructed view of the countryside. If the sheets are rented, the beds are made on arrival.
