Individual chalet on 3 levels accessible by a slightly uneven path. Ground floor: entrance, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm), WC, laundry room, ski room, relaxation area (Sauna, jacuzzi). 1st floor: kitchen-living room-living room, WC, storeroom. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 1 double bed 160x190 cm, 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 3 single beds 90x190 cm including 1 bunk and 1 trundle), 1 sleeping area with 1 90x190 cm single bed, 2 bathrooms (shower), WC. Garage. Sloping unfenced land. Firewood included. At the entrance to the village of Hauteluce, the gîte "Les Pierres du Chozal" is located just 800 meters from the first ski lift. Close to shops and all other amenities, everything can be done on foot both in summer and winter. Individual chalet overlooking the village, the view of the Mont from the terrace or the balcony of the rooms gives the taste of vacation on sunny days. The fireplace in the living room will be the best place to spend the harsh winters.
