Het huis is mooi, karakteristiek en centraal gelegen in een rustige buurt. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter het betreft hier niet een hele woning zo als de beschrijving laat denken, maar een appartement op de eerste verdieping. Tevens zijn er meerdere (2) appartementen in de woning plus de woning van de eigenaar zelf. Daarnaast misten wij in het appartement een comfortabel zit gedeelte, wat wel afgebeeld was op een foto. Deze was dan te vinden in de gemeenschappelijke gang, waar anderen ook gebruik van maakten. Ook was het eigenlijk niet mogelijk om gebruik te maken van de tuin door de vele muggen. Het openen van de ramen ter verkoeling dus ook niet, waardoor het zo'n 29 graden bleef. Een mooie vakantie werd beeindigd door een discussie over de eindschoonmaak. Bij Gite de France moet je die schijnbaar appart betalen maar bij VBRO wordt daar geen melding van gemaakt, hier staat namelijk "all-in prijs". Iets wat wij ook altijd standaard boeken; volledig vakantiehuis inclusief schoonmaak. Dat bleek hier achteraf niet geheel te kloppen.
