Corner balcony. Shared and private parking at the residence. Small 2-storey building (14 apartments) located on the edge of the piste with ski access to the Grand Loup chairlift or ski lift. Renovated and functional apartment. Shops (open only during tourist seasons) and ski bus stop on the village square 200 m away. Beautiful view of the mountain and the village. 16 km from St Jean de Maurienne and 200 m from the center of Albiez-Montrond, typical village at the foot of the majestic Aiguilles d'Arves. In summer, many marked hikes in this massif of Arvan-Villard. In winter, residence at the foot of the slopes of the ski area (35 km of slopes) 14 km away, St Sorlin d'Arves (link to the Sybelles area), on the road to the Col de la Croix de Fer (open in summer) .
