About 4 km from Trequanda lies this friendly vacation home in the vineyards. It belongs to an old estate, where today there are various summer residences of Italian families. The house is on the ground floor, with small private garden and sitting area in front of the kitchen-living room. The furnishings are simple and tasteful. The spacious outdoor area is very well maintained and very picturesquely surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The large pool with its sun terraces and the tennis court are shared by all residents. The sunset, which you can watch from the terrace, will remain in your memory! Nearby destinations include Montepulciano and Pienza (25 km each), Arezzo and Siena (45-50 km) and Lake Trasimeno (35 km). But the nearby towns of Sinalunga (4 km) and Torrita di Siena (10 km) are also worth visiting. Unpaved access road.
