Individual chalet on 2 levels. Ground floor (level access from the car park): living room-kitchen lounge area (combined microwave oven), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (small bathtub with WC). 1st floor: mezzanine under the slope (height less than 1.80m with miller's ladder / 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 1 single bed serving as a bench). Total floor space 33 m² attic parts included. Small single-storey wooden terrace with balcony (access via a low door and over a step). Typical Savoyard attic from the 19th century, located at the foot of the slopes of the Sybelles area by Les Bottières (ski area with 310 km of slopes), in a hamlet nestled in lush greenery and surrounded by trees. Access and departure from the chalet on skis, depending on snow conditions. Free shuttle to the Toussuire resort (7 km). Good comfort. Large terrace of 42 m² naturally shaded following a south-west and north-east orientation with a balcony (plancha and barbecue). Pleasant natural terrain. Restaurant 200 m from the chalet. Sports shop and ski pass checkout at Maison des Bottières. Like a cabin in Canada! A detached wooden chalet located 300 m from the Bottières ski lifts, connecting to the Les Sybelles ski area (an area with 310 km of downhill ski slopes). Numerous outdoor, sporting, fun, and aerial activities, both summer and winter, are available in La Toussuire, Le Corbier, and other surrounding resorts. In the heart of the Arvan-Villard massif, beautiful hiking trails at the foot of the characteristic and majestic Aiguilles d'Arves. Ideal location for exploring the area by hiking or cycling.
