Renovated boathouse with private bathing/ fishing dock and beautiful view over Hamnefjord. Open floor plan and sleeping loft with steep stairs. Close to watercolor museum and many activities. The owner tells: There is always something nice to do in beautiful Skärhamn with stalls, restaurants and the cozy square. The place is a busy fishing port with a vibrant life. There is always something going on here. Ferries leave for Åstol or Dyrön, 2 small, picturesque islets without car traffic.
