Enjoy relaxing vacations in this elegant and cozy vacation home in a quiet location on the slope of a hill with a wide view over the surrounding countryside. In the middle of the completely fenced garden with lawn and fruit trees, a beautiful pool awaits you. The village of Otricoli (stores of all kinds), 4 km away, is famous for its archaeological excavations of the Roman "Ocriculum". The particularly favorable geographical position allows excursions to the cities of Umbria (Todi, Spoleto, Assisi) and to the cities of Roman Tuscia (Lazio), such as Tuscania, Tarquinia, Viterbo, rich in Etruscan finds. Within 50 km there are the lakes of Piediluco, Bolsena, Bracciano and Vico. To the beautiful city of Rome is only 65 km. On the first floor: spacious living / dining room with fireplace, billiards area, access to the equipped veranda. Large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher and high fireplace for barbecue) with access to the outdoor area. On the 1st floor: (access also by external staircase), 4 double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

First villa we have hired that I was not happy with

Lovely house, but there were a few annoyances that stopped it being a great holiday: - Advert said it had internet (one of our prerequisites for teenage kids and for keeping in contact with work), but there is no internet of any sort. - Poorly equipped: No kettle, only a few coffee mugs, DVD player did not work properly and was missing remote etc. - Very expensive especially considering the extras for linen and gas/electric - Wanted to put my teenage children each in their own room (they are a boy and girl and at an age where they want privacy), but manager would not give one of them a double bed and one a single as we had only paid for bedding for 4, so they ended up having to share a room. - The pool filter was on a timer and only ran for a couple of hours a day, so the pool was dirty when we wanted to use it.
