We had a great stay! The location is super convenient to groceries, rental equipment, restaurants, and the free bus shuttle to the resort or the town of Steamboat. The accommodations were also perfect for the 6 of us! With plenty of comfortable beds and 3 full bathrooms. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The condo exceeded expectations. The layout and locations and the fact there were three bathrooms were fantastic. Communication was great between the owner and helped with fixing anything that came up. We will be staying here again.

Was clean and had everything we needed for a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Bus stops close by, and all the shopping you will need. We also walked the 2-3 miles from the condo along the river trail to downtown and back. Highly recommend. There is also a spot when you get close to town where you can get in the water along side the river next to the hit springs

We loved the condo and hope to stay again soon! The condo is right by a bus stop that leaves you only 4 minute drive from the resort or quick access to downtown. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of amenities.

Michael's place was very nice! Plenty of parking for a big group, right by the bus line to skiing, and the hot tub was awesome. He was great at communicating and helping our group out throughout the stay. Definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend in Steamboat Springs at this condo. It had everything we needed, and was centrally located. We had easy access to the resort and town, and the grocery store around the corner was very convenient!

This property is in a great location and is able to accommodate family and friends with it’s spacious floor plan. The wood burning fireplace is wonderful. The ski bus is steps from the front door as well. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s condo in Steamboat. The property was clean and as advertised. Michael was very attentive to questions. The condo was also located close to the ski area, which was our primary purpose in visiting Steamboat. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy base in Steamboat

My extended family enjoyed our stay here for some post Christmas fun. Cozy space with multiple bedrooms to spread out and easy access to groceries, liquor, gas, and public transit. Communication with the owner was easy, and overall it was great. Especially for a very fair price!

If folks are interested in going to the resort and to downtown, the free bus system - and where we’re located on the route - is really convenient. I appreciate you mentioning that!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Michael was easy to reach and responsive. Location was great. Bus to the mountain and downtown was steps from the front door. Good bagel place around the corner by City Market and a good Mexican restaurant close by too. Only downside was that we tried for a long time but couldn't figure out how to add apps to the tv to watch something specific. But it wasn't a huge deal.

We had a great time at Micheal’s place. The kitchen had quality appliances and cookware. Transportation to mountain and downtown was easy and so convenient- we didn’t drive anywhere all weekend! Micheal was quick and responsive and super communicative. Snow was epic. We definitely hope to stay with Michael again.

Fantastic location, incredible amenities

Michaels condo was perfect for our family gathering over Christmas. The rooms have super comfy beds, and the condo is well laid out for socializing and cooking. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the pantry was stocked with all the essentials. Michael was super communicative and responsive, and we really felt welcomed to steamboat. The location of this condo couldn't be beat, we were able to walk to two different grocery stores, ski Haus, and the bagel shop. The free bus stop was right outside the condo, and the ski mountain was a 5 minute drive away. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Location, Location, Location!

My family and I had the best time at Michaels condo. It was the perfect location in Steamboat and was either within walking distance of stores, a free bus ride away from downtown or to the ski mountain. The property had all the home essentials that you need, plus more. There were games and books for kids too! Michael was a great host. He is extremely responsive and provided communication about Steamboat before we got into town. We wanted to extend our stay and Michael was very much accommodating in helping us. We will be back!

Nice place, lots of space for 2 families. Bus stop is very close, making it easy to catch the free bus to the mountain or downtown. Not a stripped down rental, but a place that’s lived in, with above average kitchen cookware and supplies. Hope to stay again
